Welcome to Hout Bay Hilltop bungalow, 

​

Your holiday destination to enjoy a special South Africa trip, a short visit or a romantic weekend. We offer a private villa accommodating 8 people in comfort. You can simply relax, make a spectacular hiking trip in the mountains or get carried away by the lively and diverse entertainment Cape Town has to offer. 

​

Hout Bay is a small village just half an hour along the spectacular seashore away from Cape Town. The most well known vineyards are situated outside the village, numerous other vineyards around Stellenbosch and Franschoek about one hour away. Make Hout Bay your starting point to must see destinations like Cape Point, Kirstenbosch and the Garden Route starting with the world famous scenic drive Chapman’s Peak right here!

Hout Bay Hilltop bungalow offers complete privacy and a panoramic view over the valley with the beach, restaurants and shops within walking distance. 

​

Entering the spacious and luxury bungalow, there is a sunny lounge with full channel television and Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bed bedrooms, a master bedroom sharing one bathroom with a shower and a master bedroom with its own television and bathroom. Adjoining the bedrooms there is a sunny passageway and glass sliding doors with the pool just one step away. The view is framed by an abundantly green garden. The barbecue with lit eating facility on the lawn will make any warm evening unforgettable. There is wifi connection in the house and off road parking available for 2 cars.

I am originally Dutch but enjoy this beautiful country more every year.

It has a lot to offer, including friendly people, spectacular nature and a really good cuisine.

Because of its diverse history at the crossroads of important sea routes,

there is so much so familiar,

it feels like coming home for many visitors.

GUEST REVIEW

This place is just perfect. The view is stunning and the location is right where you want to be when visiting Cape Town. You can start your day off fresh with a jump in the (clean!) pool before you go hiking Lion's head or paragliding. After you can finish your day with a nice traditional South African Braai in your own garden!

Marc (host) is very well known in this country and can provide you with nice suggestions for restaurants and lots must do's. Besides, he is the ideal host when it comes to hospitality and service.

This was my first visit but I'll definitely plan on coming back soon.
